Welcome to Peppr ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using peppr.live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Peppr is a classroom engagement platform designed for educators. You agree to use Peppr only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended educational use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe.
Peppr offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
New users receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, access to Pro features requires a paid subscription.
All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Peppr does not store credit card or payment information. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
All content, features, and functionality of Peppr — including the Prep Pepper mascot, app design, and word lists — are the exclusive property of Peppr and its creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Word lists, student rosters, and other content you create in Peppr remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the AI features, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to generate educational content on your behalf.
Peppr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

At Peppr, we stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied, we want to make it right.
If you subscribe to Peppr Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
Email us at support@peppr.live with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day guarantee window.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access through the end of your subscription year.
The 14-day free trial requires no payment. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
